Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions and key Jumper termsWhat is Jumper?
What is Jumper?
Jumper is a complete DeFi platform that finds you the most optimal route across DEXs, bridges, and DeFi protocols to move or deposit your assets anywhere onchain. You can swap, bridge, earn yield, and track your portfolio from one interface. To get started, just connect your wallet.
Is Jumper a bridge?
Is Jumper a bridge?
No. Jumper is an aggregation and routing interface. It uses multiple underlying bridges, DEXs, and DeFi protocols to execute your transaction. Jumper does not custody funds.
Is Jumper powered by LI.FI?

Which chains and tokens are supported?
Which chains and tokens are supported?
Jumper supports 65+ blockchains, including EVM chains, Solana, Bitcoin, Sui, Monad, and Hyperliquid. The available tokens depend on the chains you select. See Supported Chains for the full list.
Do I need an account?
Do I need an account?
No. You can connect any supported wallet to start using Jumper.
Why do I need to approve a token?
Why do I need to approve a token?
ERC-20 tokens require a separate approval transaction before a smart contract can spend them. This is a standard blockchain pattern, not unique to Jumper. Prefer limited approvals when your wallet supports it.
Can I cancel a transaction?
Can I cancel a transaction?
Once submitted to the blockchain, transactions generally cannot be cancelled. Some wallets allow you to replace a pending transaction by sending a new one with higher gas (same nonce).
How long does a bridge take?
How long does a bridge take?
Depends on the route and network conditions. Some routes complete in seconds; others take longer during congestion or when extra verification is required.
What is Gas Top Up?
What is Gas Top Up?
Gas Top Up adds a small amount of the native gas token on the destination chain so you can transact immediately after bridging. Useful when you land on a new chain with zero gas.
Are there transaction limits?
Are there transaction limits?
It depends on the underlying provider. Some providers may have minimum or maximum amounts. Jumper shows you the best possible routes for any amount and asset you choose.
Troubleshooting
Quick fixes in case you face issues with your transactions. My transaction is stuck pending
My transaction is stuck pending
Check the transaction in your wallet. Open the explorer link to confirm it’s still pending. If gas is too low, try speeding up the transaction in your wallet.
My bridge is taking too long
My bridge is taking too long
Network congestion or extra verification can slow bridges. Keep the tracking page open. Avoid submitting a duplicate transfer unless the UI shows the original as failed. If you want the fastest routes, you can switch to “Fastest” from “Best Rate” in your Jumper swap settings.
Token not found
Token not found
The token may not exist on the chain you selected. Switch to the correct chain or pick another token.
I bridged but can't transact on the destination chain
I bridged but can't transact on the destination chain
You likely have no gas on the destination chain. Use Gas Top Up or receive a small native token amount from another chain or wallet.
Output changed after I confirmed
Output changed after I confirmed
Price movement between your quote and execution can change the output. Try a smaller amount, a different pair, or adjust your slippage tolerance.
I don't see my tokens after bridging
I don't see my tokens after bridging
Confirm the transaction status is completed. Switch to the destination chain in your wallet. Some wallets may not show new tokens by default. In such case, add the token contract to the wallet you’re using.

- Bridge: Moving value from one blockchain to another.
- Chain: A blockchain network (e.g., Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Solana).
- Explorer: A website that shows onchain transaction details (e.g., Etherscan).
- Gas: The network fee required to submit a transaction. Paid in the chain’s native token.
- Gas Top Up: A Jumper feature that adds a small native gas amount on the destination chain.
- Route: The set of steps Jumper plans to complete your swap or bridge. May include one or more transactions.
- Slippage: The allowed difference between the estimated output and the final execution price. Lower slippage = more price protection but higher failure rate. Higher slippage = better fill rate but potentially worse price.
- Swap: Trading one token for another on the same chain.
- Token: A crypto asset on a blockchain (e.g., ETH, USDC, DAI).
- Zap: A one-click flow that bridges, swaps, and deposits into a yield position in a single transaction.
